Can I customise my order with my own colour choices?
If you have something different in mind, I'm more than happy to create it with you. Colours can be customised to match your decor and names can be added to wood items, just get in touch and we'll take it from there.
What are your delivery charges?
For standard delivery by My Hermes, there is a set charge of £3.95 per order.
This charge covers postage and packaging and is per order and not per item.
When will I receive my order?
All orders will be sent as soon as possible and an email will be sent to advise when your order has been fulfilled and shipped. As many items are handmade to order, please allow up to 14 working days for delivery.
If your item is required for a specific date, please contact me before ordering and I can confirm if I am able to get this to you in time.
Can I add an item or change my order after I have placed it?
All items are handmade to order. If I haven't already started making your order, it may be possible to change it and to add extra items. If you can contact me ASAP I can let you know what options are available to you.
I haven't received my order, what should I do?
Once an order has been despatched it will take 3-5 working days to reach you. A tracking number for the courier used will also be provided to you on your dispatch confirmation .
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, orders may take a little longer than usual. However, If you have not received your order within a reasonable amount of time, or if you have any queries regarding delivery of your order, please email:
Can I return my order?
Once an item has been handmade for you, cancellation or return will no longer be valid. To avoid any disappointment, please check product listings carefully to confirm if an item can be cancelled, or returned before you place your order.
If your item is damaged, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss further actions.
